Who we are

Lnixa Solutions is a remote-first digital studio building web, mobile and AI products. We are reachable at info@lnixa.com or +962 7 9908 5018, and we are the party responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, plus one technical value used to keep that form usable:

• Your first and last name, so we know who we are replying to.
• Your email address, which is the only way we answer an enquiry.
• The service and budget you select, where you choose to pick them — both are optional.
• The project details you write.
• A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We never store the address itself and the hash cannot be turned back into one; it exists so that the same sender cannot flood the form, and nothing else reads it.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers and no third-party scripts of any kind. We do not profile visitors, we do not build audiences, and we never sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Because nothing tracks you, the site sets no cookies for visitors and therefore shows no cookie banner. The one cookie this domain can issue is a signed session for our own staff logging into the dashboard at /admin; it is never set for members of the public.

Why we are allowed to hold it

You send us an enquiry asking to be contacted, so we process it to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and preventing automated abuse of the form. We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are written to a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, and a copy is emailed to our own mailbox at Hostinger so we see it promptly. The site itself is served from Hostinger's infrastructure. Each of these providers processes the data only to run the service we buy from them.

Transfers may involve servers outside Jordan, including in the EU and the United States. Our providers operate under their own data-protection commitments and standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that turn into work are kept for the life of the project and for as long afterwards as our records require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer live, and in any case within 24 months. IP hashes are only meaningful for the rate-limiting window and carry no value after that.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Email info@lnixa.com and we will act within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we respond, you may complain to your national data-protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP requests redirected and HSTS enabled. The dashboard holding enquiries sits behind an authenticated, signed, HTTP-only session and is excluded from search engines. No system is perfect, but we do not keep payment details, identity documents or passwords belonging to visitors — there is nothing of that kind in the database to lose.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes to how existing enquiries are handled will be mentioned to anyone affected.
