About these terms

These terms cover your use of lnixa.com. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry through it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They apply to the website alone. They are not the terms of any project we carry out for you.

What this site is

An introduction to Lnixa Solutions and a way to start a conversation. Everything here — service descriptions, process, case studies, indicative pricing bands — is published to help you decide whether to talk to us.

None of it is a binding offer. Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables for any actual engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or contract signed by both sides. Where those documents and this website disagree, the signed documents govern.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form does not create a contract, a retainer or any obligation on either side. We aim to reply within one business day, but we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Please do not send confidential material, credentials, or anyone else's personal data through the form. If a project needs to go into detail, we will agree a confidentiality arrangement first.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false details, or send automated, bulk, or advertising messages through the contact form.
• Attempt to access the administration area, any account, or any data that is not yours.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Scrape or copy the site systematically to reproduce it or build a competing presence.
• Use the site to break any law that applies to you.

Our content

The design, code, text, graphics and the Lnixa Solutions name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, link to and share pages normally. You may not republish our content as your own, or reuse our branding, without written permission.

Client names, logos and project descriptions appear with the permission of their owners and remain the property of those owners.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors or omissions, and we may change any of it at any time. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on it as if it were.

We also do not promise uninterrupted availability. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or for reasons outside our control.

External links

Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains what the contact form collects and what happens to it, and forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last substantive change shown at the top.
